Privacy Policy

What we collect: your phone number, name, email, and company name, your IP address, an opaque registered-device credential, a device fingerprint used only for aggregate activity grouping (a technical signature of your browser/device), and the one-time codes used to verify you. We also record pages viewed and buttons or links clicked, together with device/browser details. We never record what you type into fields.

Why:to verify you're a real, legitimate member of our trading community, to keep the verification system secure (rate-limiting, fraud/abuse prevention), to maintain a record of who has access, and so a registered browser can return without going through the WhatsApp code during the permitted inactivity window. A fingerprint is not accepted as a login credential. It's never used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Who can see it: Authorized Gopal Company owners and staff use it for access, support, security, and improving this service. It is never sold or shared for advertising.

How long we keep it: activity records are retained for up to 120 days, including verification and device records. A recognized-device session also remains valid on a rolling 120-day window.

Your rights: you can ask us to review, correct, or delete your data by contacting gopal@gopal.company.

Security: verification codes expire in 10 minutes, are rate-limited against abuse, and the registered-device credential is stored in a secure, HttpOnly cookie while only its hash is stored on the server.
